Pawan Kajal removed as Himachal Congress working chief, Chander Kumar appointed in his place

The Congress on Tuesday removed Pawan Kajal as Himachal unit working chief and appointed Chander Kumar in his place.

Party chief Sonia Gandhi issued the order late on Tuesday.
