Prashant Kishor predicts electoral rout for Cong in Guj, Himachal

Poll strategist Prashant Kishor on Friday predicted electoral rout for Congress in Gujarat and Himachal. He was commenting on the outcome of the grand old party's Chintan Shivir which was recently held in Udaipur.
