Kangra MP Kishan Kapoor has requested the Centre to open a regional campus of Indira Gandhi Tribal University, Anuppur (Madhya Pradesh), in Chamba.
Indira Gandhi Tribal University promotes education among tribal communities.
Kapoor met Union Minister of Tribal Affairs Arjun Munda in New Delhi in this regard and apprised of the problems of the tribal areas of Himachal Pradesh.
