Court complex stone laid at Arki

Acting Chief Justice of the Himachal Pradesh High Court Justice Ravi Vijaykumar Malimath laid the foundation stone of a judicial complex at Arki.

The complex will be constructed at a cost of Rs 11.49 crore. Justice Sandeep Sharma of the state High Court chaired the programme, while Bhupesh Sharma, District and Sessions Judge, Solan, Prashant Negi, Judicial Magistrate, Arki, and SDM Sahzad Alam were also present.

The Public Works Department (PWD) will soon award tenders for the work, which is slated to be completed within 18 months. The four-storey building will have a parking at the basement with other facilities such as Bar rooms, waiting area for the litigants, new courts, a computer room and a library, besides other facilities.
